What is BuyPos and how can it help my business?
BuyPos is a modern Point-of-Sale system designed to streamline your sales, track inventory, and provide real-time business analytics. It helps you manage your retail store efficiently from anywhere.
Does the subscription price include hardware?
No. Our subscription plans cover the POS Software only. As mentioned, all hardware items (Printers, Scanners, etc.) are sold separately and are not included in the software pricing.
Can I upgrade my plan as my business grows?
Definitely! You can start with our Basic plan and upgrade to a Pro or Enterprise plan at any time as you add more branches or require advanced features.
Can I use my existing hardware with BuyPos?
In most cases, yes. BuyPos is compatible with standard thermal printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers. We can help you check compatibility before you get started.
Do you provide a warranty for the hardware purchased through you?
Yes, all hardware items purchased directly from BuyPos come with a standard manufacturer's warranty and our technical setup support.
Does BuyPos work without an internet connection?
Yes. BuyPos features an Offline Mode that allows you to continue making sales even if your internet goes down. Once the connection is restored, your data will automatically sync to the cloud.
How can I access my sales reports remotely?
You can log in to your Client Portal from any web browser or use our mobile app to see live sales, stock levels, and staff performance from anywhere in the world.
